- Vehicles with breathalyzers, unsafe controls or faulty brakes
- Large vehicles (sprinter vans, long vans, 10+ passenger vehicles)
- Vehicles exceeding the 6’8” height limit
- Dually or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers or containers
- After-market lifted vehicles or oversized rims/tires
- Motorcycles or tricycles (non car-style controls)

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
