More than just the boardwalk, Point Pleasant Beach offers a downtown district featuring a variety of shops and boutiques as well as restaurants to please every palate. No waterfront community would be complete without marine activities. Boating, fishing and parasailing are all available in Point Pleasant Beach.

Renovated in the Spring of 2019, this cute beach cottage combines an unbeatable location along with a great interior & exterior space.

The interior consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms, living room and separate porch area perfect for game night.

Our backyard includes a grill and dining set to dine outside while enjoying the evening sea breeze. And there is also an enclosed outdoor shower to enjoy when you come off the beach.

Keyless door locks provide a contact free check in so you won't have to worry about losing keys at the beach.

Our home is located along Ocean Ave and 1 block to the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk.

The house is highly visible from the road and clearly identifiable with our house numbers on the front of this single story cottage.

With no driveway, you can park on the street or in one of the multiple paid parking options in towns. There are a few within a short walking distance if needed.

Point Pleasant Beach is also accessible via NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line with a dedicated train stop in town that is just under 1 mile from our home with Uber, Lyft & local taxis all available.

Most of the town is very walkable. Feel free to leave your car and walk to and from your favorite attractions!

The off-street parking spot is no longer available; however, we will be providing three (3) parking passes that you may use, including for overnight parking. These passes can be used in the designated areas shown on the map below:
