The Pinecone Retreat - Only 1 mile from i95

Just one mile off Interstate I-95, The Pinecone Retreat is a 2022 Heartland Mallard M32 thoughtfully situated at the front of our private 16-acre property. This spacious 35-foot RV overlooks a peaceful 10-acre pond and is surrounded by serene woodland views, offering both convenience and seclusion. Whether you’re traveling through South Carolina or making your way to the beach, The Pinecone Retreat is an ideal midway stop to relax and recharge.

The space:
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, stocked with pots/pans and utensils needed to cook/eat a meal. A Dollar General store is only 2.5 miles away where some grocery items can be purchased. There is a Keurig style coffee maker with a variety of Starbucks coffees, Twinnings teas, and Swiss Miss hot chocolate. We also offer complimentary bottled water, granola bars, instant oatmeal, and a S'mores kit.
There are a few fast food restaurants 1 mile away, Shuler's bbq 5 miles, and the famous Buc-ee's travel plaza is a short 12 miles.

The Rv has a 10" hybrid queen mattress with bedside cell phone chargers, a convertible couch, and dinette that also turns into a bed. There's also a comfortable power reclining sofa, Roku TV, fast WiFi, outdoor stereo, and a firepit—perfect for making s’mores under the stars.

To accommodate guests with sensitivities and allergies, we use fragrance-free detergent on all linens.

We do not accommodate pets at this time but plans for a pet friendly RV are in the near future!

Guest access:
Guest are welcome to walk the property in front of the RV but are asked to not enter the woods behind it.

Other things to note:
The main house is 250ft away and separated by thick woods. You may hear my chickens crowing or my dog bark. You may also hear the interstate since the property sits adjacent to it.

The pond across the street is not part of our property.
