Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, including the private hot tub, grill, laundry, and all 5 parking spaces in the driveway.



Guests do not have access to the fire pit or garage for parking.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for this home. While it's less than a 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge, there is no direct access to public transportation or ski shuttles from the home. In winter, snow-capable vehicles are essential due to local road conditions.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains are necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Parking in garage is unavailable.



Outdoor firepit is unavailable.



Please note there are 3 exterior security cameras, 2 show the driveway and 1 shows the front door.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
