This glamourous yet cozy mountain-modern estate checks every box. Inside, outside, and around every corner is something to do or enjoy. This luxury estates could be your entire vacation! about 1200 feet (as the crow flies) to Main Street, or a mile drive to town, you are right where you want to be. This sprawling, and perfectly laid out home offers 5 luxury en-suite bedrooms each with their own bathroom, 2 gathering areas, Five (yes 5) balconies/patios, and unique designer finishes everywhere you look. Cook up a storm in the well stocked, gourmet, chef's kitchen with Wolf / Sub-Zero appliances that open to a massive main level gathering area. Ample dining / bar seating, a modern stone fireplace, Flat Screen with Sonos surround draw gatherings to this cozy yet expansive living area. Gaze out the large glass to the large, modern, entertaining deck that overlooks the first three Peaks of the 10-mile range. Meander downstairs to the opulent family room marked by more cozy seating, another large stone fireplace with flat screen and Sonos surround. Shoot pool while having drinks at the gorgeous wet bar while others wander out back to the enormous mountain-facing outdoor gathering space. Once outside, you get to toggle between an ultra-high-end hot tub and the large circular gas fire-pit. Sit by the fire, or around the covered 300 sq feet lounge area with your favorite glass of wine while the sun wanes over the distant peaks.
Cooks steaks on the modern Weber Grill just off the kitchen, and stay right there on a separate covered dining patio when the weather is balmy. Then bounce off this patio and up the hill to the marked hiking trail that leads to town. A 7-10 minute summertime walk gets you to your choice of downtown pubs for a burger or nightcap. When time to retire guests get their choice (each choice a treat) of five sleeping areas, 2 King en suites, 2 Queen en suite, and a large, magazine-worthy custom bunk room (with 2 queens and 2 twins). Each room is a spacious, luxury-appointed haven with designer picked finishes, bamboo linens, and even embroidered robes in the four "big kid" rooms. Spa quality soaps and shampoos, make up towels, pillow chocolates, a start of local coffee, and direct check ins (you get to go straight to the home and be greeted there) frame your vacation with yet additional touches of rare luxury and attention.
