The Grove at Fenwick is just minutes from the best attractions and conveniences of Fenwick Island! Just minutes down the road, you'll find grocery and convenience stores, famous dining establishments, whether you're looking for a "crab bloody" from the Crabcake Factory, Harpoon Hanna's popular happy hour, or to enjoy the fine dining at Catch 54. The nearby Assawoman Bay and its many inlets provide endless ways to get out on the water, whether you're boating, fishing, crabbing, or paddling.
There is a $25 Community Registration Fee due per week.
Guest parking is not permitted in the overflow lot or on the street. Guests must register their vehicles, including make, model, color, and license plate number with the HOA.

You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Your access codes or keys for the property will be available precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
