This comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located only minutes from the beaches, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in Fenwick Island and Ocean City Maryland! The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table and living room. There is a deck and screen porch perfect for morning coffee or evening meals outside.

This home offers ample first-floor living with the master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms all located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed for one bedroom, and a full-sized bed for the other. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower tub combination. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as the additional refrigerator is located directly off the kitchen and garage. The second floor offers an additional bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with additional extra loft space to relax upstairs. Enjoy this property for your next vacation!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The community offers a large pool and community center. Guests can easily ride bikes and walk within the community as well.

Disppointing

There were so many things that we did not like about this house. The location seemed too much out of the way. The house itself is very dated. It was clear from the time you stepped through the broken front screen door. I called property management and they said they would call back and never did. The carpets were completely stained with cat urine. The only way we knew it was cat urine is because my children who are highly allergic to cats were miserable the whole time. Further proof was a litter box.,scratching tree and toys in the garage. The price of the house was completely over priced for the property. Sadly we will not be returning to this property.

Family time

The property was great, very convenient as in close to beach, food stores, attractions. Had all supplies you needed. Upstairs is very warm even w air conditioning. I would suggest a separate air unit. It was set up for kids but too hot for them.

We loved this property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is decorated very nicely, it is cozy and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. We enjoyed using the community pool! We highly recommend this property!
