Sullivan's Pointe offers classic Charleston style with modern comfort and convenience. This designer furnished home is available for seasonal rental of 30 days anytime in February or March. Home is comfortable, light & bright with new French oak Hdwds and fresh paint. Enjoy planning your adventures from this coastal retreat in the heart of Mt. Pleasant tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac only minutes by bicycle from both Sullivans Island & Old Village...great beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. Fifteen minutes to downtown Charleston!! Second floor bedrooms are ensuite with walk in closets and plush king size comfortable beds. Two bicycles are available on site and public tennis and pickle ball courts are available on Sullivan's Island. Enjoy!

Just a quick 5-minute drive brings you to the pristine shores of Sullivanâs Island, known for its laid-back vibe, wide beaches, and local favorite spots like Sullivan's Fish Camp, The Obstinate Daughter and Home Team BBQ.
Mount Pleasant is one of Charlestonâs most desirable communities, filled with scenic marsh views, charming neighborhoods, and an abundance of dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. Youâll be just minutes from Shem Creek, where you can kayak with dolphins, enjoy waterfront restaurants, or catch a beautiful sunset.
Downtown Charleston is 15 minutes away making it easy to explore the cityâs rich history, world-class cuisine, and vibrant culture.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal.
No Alterations or Furniture Rearrangement
Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furniture, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furniture or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed.
This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
Noise Notice:
-A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
-Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
-We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
-If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
-If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
-We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
