The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Guests will have access to three shared outdoor pools, basketball, bocce ball, and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a grilling area, a crab shack, a dock for launching paddleboards and kayaks, a beach shuttle and a clubhouse with a pool table. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the walking and nature trails nearby, perfect for exploring the serene surroundings.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
