Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the private pool, BBQ grill, cornhole game, sun loungers, glass-wall patio with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Parking is available on-site. Enjoy complete privacy and all the comforts of home during your stay! Locked owner closets are not for guest access.

Getting Around:

Apollo Beach is easy to navigate by car, with convenient access to major highways connecting you to Tampa, St. Petersburg, and nearby attractions like Busch Gardens (about a 25-minute drive). Parking is available on-site. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area for stress-free local travel.

Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill or fire pits on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.









✅Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.
