With amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking, it`s centrally located where the west and east sides of Maui meet, providing easy access to stunning beaches and the airport within a 10-15 minute drive.

🌺 1. E mālama i ka hale — Take Care of the Home
Treat the home and furnishings with respect, as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive wear and tear, missing or broken items caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional repair or replacement charges

Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors
Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas.

Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too.
🌺 4. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai.
Violators will be fined $250.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No parties or large gatherings.

Please park only in your assigned stall and send us your vehicle information
Fines may apply for unauthorized parking

Please conserve water and electricity when possible.
Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running.

We have a strict no-pet policy unless prior approval is given.
