While part of the larger Pineview Estate, the cottage is located across a small wooded buffer, providing a peaceful sense of separation for guests who are not traveling together.

-In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, the house is equipped with a ring doorbell camera to monitor the driveway and the front entry.
-Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.
