Occupying one side of an upscale duplex, the home feels completely private thanks to its expansive interiors, thoughtful layout, lush tropical surroundings, and uninterrupted Gulf views.

The Gulf-Front Living Room

The main living area opens to sweeping views of the turquoise Gulf through walls of glass. A large leather sectional with three built-in power recliners anchors the space, inviting you to relax while watching the waves roll in. A driftwood-toned coffee table, textured area rug, and electric fireplace add warmth and elegance, creating an atmosphere that is both refined and comfortable.

The Chef’s Kitchen

Just off the living room, the gourmet kitchen is designed for both beauty and function. Natural stone countertops, premium appliances, crisp cabinetry, and a generous island make it ideal for preparing meals, gathering with family, or lingering over morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The Loft

The upper-level loft offers a second living space with comfortable seating and expansive windows. It’s perfect for movie nights, quiet reading time, or kids having their own space away from the main living area. In addition there is a pull-out queen sleeper in the loft.

Upper Level
The primary master suite is located on the upper level, offering privacy and elevated views. This spacious retreat features a king bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with quartz countertops and a separate soaking tub, and a large private lanai surrounded by tropical scenery—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Also on the upper level is an additional guest bedroom with a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, making it a true secondary suite.

Main Level
On the main level, a third bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat with easy access to the main living spaces.

The fourth bedroom on the main level includes two twin beds that can be professionally converted into a king using a high-quality conversion kit. This bedroom uses the shared hallway bathroom.

The Main-Level Lanai

Extending directly off the living room, the expansive main-level lanai serves as an additional outdoor living and dining space. Large enough for family gatherings, shared meals, and relaxed lounging, it offers Gulf breezes, tropical views, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow—perfect for both daytime relaxation and sunset evenings.

While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association amenities including pools, tennis/pickleball courts, BBQ grills and the beach. Of course, Angels View has its own private pool and BBQ that is not shared with any other units. We provide beach towels and all beach equipment including 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon. There are many restaurants and shops just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options for your enjoyment.
