Geräumige Golf-Ecke mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern in der 9. Etage. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum eigenen Balkon, ein großes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, eine Whirlpool-Badewanne und eine separate ebenerdige Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein französisches Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat drei Einzelbetten. Dieses Gerät wurde vor kurzem mit allen neuen Matratzen und Bettwäsche datiert. Das Enclave 907 bietet kostenloses WLAN, einen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player, Schlafsofa, Bartresen, Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Balkon.

Die Enklave befindet sich in Orange Beach. Diese familienorientierte Wohnanlage mit geringer Dichte bietet Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Pool am Strand, einen beheizten Innenpool mit Blick auf den Golf und einen Tennisplatz. Clean, comfy, but outdated

Pros: Very clean, nice linens, mattresses, updated bathrooms. Spacious living area and kitchen, big pantry/storage. Good location. Good parking.Cons: Living area furniture is old, and broken. Kitchen appliances need updating, Keurig-type machine and bar ice machine is necessary as there is no ice machine on property and the freezer ice maker produces 2 cubes/hour. The master bed frame has sharp corners and we are both bruised. All in all, a good stay. We would rent again.

Great place to stay for a family vacation

Went to Orange Beach with family for a week. This was the best place I’ve stayed in my last 3 years of visiting and will probably book again in the future.

Moms' long weekend at the beach

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a great long weekend away for a group of stay-at-home moms. We wished that we brought sheets for the fold-away sofa, since none were available in the room.

Everything i had hoped for

Great location and easy access. Grocery stores were very close by. Everything worked in the unit and the beds were very comfortable. Pickle-ball court was a surprise and appreciated. Overall very satisfied. I booked for next year.

Nice but.......

Could use a little TLC, Overall Great

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, more towels would've been appreciated for a group of 10. The outside handle of the master bedroom balcony door is broke and some peeling of wallpaper and paint. But nothing that would deter me from booking here in the future. The beds were super comfy, pools clean and it was a great price. Perfect area.

Great experience

It was an overall great experience with the place. Couple things that we found which was from the hurricane was water damage on some of the furniture and floors but not very noticable. The dryer did not work at all so we had to drive all of our clothes on the balcony. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! Beautiful place with awesome views!!

Nice place needs updating, missing blinds and curtains in the bedroom, garbage disposal didn’t work, needs a secondary lock on the front door my 4year old could easily open not much staff on hand at location other than a security guard. But was a clean place good location just needs some updates and maintenance

Wonderful Vacation, wonderful experience

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The location was great, close to stores and restaurants; we walked to everything. The balcony was awesome. The view was so beautiful. The balcony wrapped around the unit which allowed you to just see more of the beautiful views. The balcony from the master bedroom was amazing as well; you could sit on the bed and just watch the ocean. Condo was very spacious, each room had access to their own bathroom. The master bath is so large, the tub in master bath was a wonderful added bonus. Loved our stay, Loved our condo. Management and our communication was great. They checked in to make sure everything was going good via text, which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, the condo was fabulous. The bed arrangement was not the same that we had reserved (there are not 3 twin beds in one room) and the large table on the balcony is gone. These were 2 reasons we picked this property. Condo was cleaned and well stocked. You get 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per bathroom. We had 7 people so we had to go buy washcloths. Location is fabulous. Pool is average size, never seemed crowded. Very family oriented location.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location convenient to everything. There were some minor issues that need to be addressed with the owners like the patio door in king bedroom would not open, toilet in twin bedroom was loose from floor, light bulbs need replacing in several lamps and dishwasher did not work. When we arrived at the condo, the table on the patio was not usable........no tiles in table. We went to Home Depot and purchased 15 tiles to put in it so that we could enjoy eating out on patio, which is one of our favorite things to do at the beach. I think that Liquid Life Rentals should stay in touch with the owners to be sure that condos are ready for the renters to enjoy.

Clean but needs many updates

We walked in and on first impression the property was nice and clean but very old appliances. As the week went on we noticed how run down the place was. The wall paper was peeling off in certain places. The washer and dryer had many rust spots. The dishwasher was very old but it worked, loudly. Carpet was clean but stained. If the place gets updated I would gladly stay here again, but for a vacation I'm looking for a little better amenities.

Exactly as pictured, needs some updating and extra supplies

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and clean. There are some items that need updating/repair but did not retract from our enjoyment of the property. I would recommend to the property manager that if you are having a large party stay for an extended time to have more than one trash bag, more that 3 partial rolls of toilet paper, more than 1 roll of paper towel, and extra dish washing powder. We utilize VBRO often and this is the first property where items from previous vacationers have not been left nor any provisions for high use items like toiletries. We had no problem getting what we needed from Wal-Mart across the street. Overall, we had a lovely time and would use the property again in the future.

Unkept and outdated unit. The price was way too high for the quality of the unit.

This unit was unkept and outdated. The living room curtain was 3-4 feet too short and the curtain in the master bedroom was so thin and ill fitted that we woke at 6 am with the sunrise every morning on vacation. The blinds were also missing some pieces leaving big gaps. The towels were not cleaned well and the bedspread was stained up.

We ended up having to switch condos because of the disgusting state the condo was in. The condo needs a complete overhaul. There was blood stains on the chairs. The couch was so gross we couldn’t let the kids sit on it. There was a soiled mattress in the master room closet. There were bags of trash left over from the last clients. The trundle mattress was missing. It smelled like mold. Until this condo is gutted I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Do not recommend

NO PARKING!!!! We had to park over a block away and pay $24 a day for that and walk across 4 lanes of traffic not safe at all especially with kids and we only had 1 car! It’s ridiculous I did call liquid life to complain but they wasn’t much help one person did say she was going to put in for them to reimburse me for the money I was out but I never heard back from anyone. I did have some maintenance issues they did come “fix” some of them we made it work for the week but never again I have rented from Liquid life before and had great experiences however after this experience will never again but especially stay clear of Enclave building itself when I was panicking about not having anywhere to park I called liquid life they said ask the security guard the security guard Mike told us and everyone else to “google it” we will never be back

Enclave Condo 907 March -April 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, freshly painted for most part but did NOT have the set up as shown in pics! There was peeling wallpaper in both bathrooms, obvious water damage results. I rented condo based on pics to accommodate my family. Pics misrepresented condo as there were not 3 twin beds in one room but rather bunk with trundle and then in other bedroom a double and twin. The bed frame stuck out so far in that crowded bedroom three of us returned home with huge knots and scabs from hitting our chins on foot of bed!!There was no table on balcony as shown in pic but rather a small square table w two high chairs. We had 9 staying and a total of 6 wash rags provided! Kitchen lacked baking sheet!! The location and ocean view were good.

WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT EVER rent from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals again. They allowed us to check into this condo, knowing that there was a leak. Within a few hours, the entire condo reeked of mildew. I called at 9am the next day, and they did not have any solution until 3pm. We were then moved to another condo, but told we could only be there one night and had to move to another one for our final night. I had to pay out of pocket for parking passes at the final two condos. Prior to check out, Liquid Life sent me a text stating that someone would be in touch with me the day after checkout regarding reimbursement for parking passes and compensation for the catastrophic weekend. I have called four times, and on the 4th call I asked to speak to a manager, who then HUNG UP ON ME. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
