Die Silver Beach Condominium Unit 306 bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht von ihrem großen umlaufenden Eckbalkon. Die Wohnung ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Diese Einheit befindet sich am westlichen Ende des Komplexes mit geringer Dichte. Diese Wohnung befindet sich auf der 3. Etage und blickt auf den Pool. Die einzigartige Aussicht mit Glasgeländer und umlaufenden Balkonen bieten einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Golf von dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einheit. Setzen Sie sich auf Ihren umlaufenden Balkon und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf das Wasser und den weißen Zuckersand.

Hunde sind erlaubt, müssen aber unter 20 Pfund sein und dürfen gemäß der Orange-Beach-Verordnung nicht im Sand sein. Wir bitten um ein Foto, um die Größe Ihres Welpen zu überprüfen.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Flachbild-TV, ein eigenes Bad und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Master-Suite hat auch einen eigenen Balkon, um Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen oder Ihr Lieblingsbuch zu lesen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer beherbergt eine Kombination aus Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, ebenfalls mit eigenem TV. Ihr geräumiges Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll mit Komfort, Luxus und einfachem Wohnen eingerichtet. Lederliege, dicke Matratzen, mehrere Fernseher, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt ein neues Pacnplay und einen Hochstuhl für Ihre Kleinen. Dieses Gerät ist mit kostenlosem High-Speed-DSL-Zugang und kostenlosen Ferngespräche ausgestattet. Das einzige, was fehlt, bist du! All dies, kombiniert mit einer schönen und geschmackvollen Dekoration, garantiert Ihnen einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Unser wunderschöner Strandabschnitt ist wirklich unschlagbar. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand und ein kurzer Spaziergang über die Straße zum Walmart Neighborhood Market und anderen Lebensmittelgeschäften, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es gibt einen klimatisierten Bereich ein paar Schritte vom Pool entfernt mit Tischen und Stühlen, um den Blick auf das Meer zu genießen, während Sie eine Pause von der Sonne und dem Sand machen.

Great Condo

This Condo was very nice and clean and was big enough for our family of 7. The view of the beach was beautiful and we all had such a great time! Highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to Orange Beach.

Family beach trip

Condo was exactly as listed. Nicely updated kitchen, 2 bedrooms were very spacious, and the third was perfect for the kids to share. Love that they had a highchair and pack and play to use and allowed our dog! Great height to enjoy the beach views!

2nd Stay Here

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed both trips here. The host was understanding regarding the pet fee when our pet died prior to our trip, which we appreciated. The host responded quickly when contacted during our stay. The unit was comfortable and convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful. Just as listed. We loved being on the third floor. The condo is so bright and cheery and the beach here seemed less crowded than others. The location is wonderful. Grocery stores just right across road and a Waffle House and pizza place within walking distance for the teenagers who got hungry again late at night. The only con I have is that our week went by way too fast.

Great place with beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. Had everything we needed and especially loved the large balcony. We brought our pets and appreciated the nice area where they could go potty. We enjoyed the fact that Walmart and many fine restaurants are nearby. You will have a wonderful time here. We highly recommend this property.

All Good!

My family has been vacationing in different units at Silver Beach for over 20 years. We like Silver Beach because its close to everything, its pet-friendly, and its only 8 floors which makes for a less crowded beach than the newer, more popular high-rises. After renting from Picard all those years, when they closed up shop, we needed to find another resource to rent from. This worked out great! The unit is well furnished, updated, and clean. Beds are comfortable and have quality linens. Balcony furniture is above and beyond what you normally see in rentals. We definitely plan to stay here again.

cannot ask for a better location in Orange Beach. Pet friendly locations with reasonable pricing are few and far between and this condo is A+ Beachfront. Gorgeous views, Easy in and out, everything you need and three very comfortable bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

First time in Orange Beach

Pros: Location was great. It was a third-floor condo with a beautiful view. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Orange Beach area and the Peninsula Golf Course and the Cobalt Restaurant. We enjoyed our walks on the beach in the morning, as well. Cons: Both bathroom fans were annoyingly loud. All kitchen cookware should be replaced. Overall, cleanliness appeared to be ok on arrival, however, the floor was dirty as evident of our white socks! Paper supplies were very low. Only one garbage bag and one paper towel available. The elevators were down when we arrived, so we had to haul our things up 3 floors. They did come and fix it a few hours later. We feel for the price point of this property, these things should not have been an issue.

Birthday at the Beach

A Beach vacay for my birthday! Went to Float Spa for a peaceful float, the Coastal Arts Center, walked the Wade Ward Nature park trails, played arcade games and ate at our fav restaurants. Beautiful sunsets. Mother Nature sent us the most wicked cold, but we still put our feet in the sand. This condo was awesome with the ease of stay and the most gorgeous views!

Communication + Location = Great Destination

Carla is an outstanding host - great communication! The condo is cute and fun - coastal casual and spot on. The beds are comfy. The view of the big blue is beautiful, and with plenty of seating on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and dining and amenities of all types are within walking distance or under a 5 minute drive. We will be back! 🏖️😎

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! It's a smaller condo, so it wasn't super crowded and we got to bring our dog, which was a big plus! The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nice and clean condo

One of the cleanest units we have experienced in the past 30 years of visiting orange beach. Exellent location with shopping center across the street. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the pool and the white sandy beach. We plan to stay here again.

Great Beach Trip!

The property was great for a short beach getaway for my wife and I and our two college age sons. Everybody had their own bedroom, and we enjoyed the beach and the property, and it was easy to get supplies, restaurants, ice cream, etc all within walking distance.

Beautiful oceanfront property

It was our first time in Orange beach and we enjoyed it even though the weather was on the cold side so we didn't get as much beach time as we would have liked. We arrived early as we had been in New Orleans and ask to check in a couple hours early so we didn't have to wait and property owner was helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. The view is amazing and condo itself beautiful and fully stocked. It was located close to great restaurants and ice cream right across the street. Highly recommend booking, and will look to book again in the future.

We have always wanted to own a little piece of heaven and we found the perfect spot for our family. We are from Hueytown, Alabama and have always enjoyed vacationing with our family and friends.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We walked inside this unit and immediately fell in love. It was so different from any other condo we had ever seen. The layout is spacious and the view is better than any we had ever seen due to the glass railing. We have small grandchildren and they are safe on the balcony because there this is not typical railing. Relaxing in the living room or balcony gives you the feeling you are sitting on the beach with the unobstructed view.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

One of my favorite parts of our condo is the view from the kitchen and living room. There are three sliding glass doors in the main living space, the largest one is 7 feet wide, you can see the ocean from anywhere in the main living area of this condo. There are two more large sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms. The location is perfect due to many restaurants and grocery stores being within walking distance. There is a garbage room on each floor so you don't even have to take your trash to the dumpster like you do in most complexes. This complex has just taken the work out of everything possible. The unit only has 47 condos, so you never have to wait on an elevator or wait on a lounge chair by the pool. Its just a great family friendly place to vacation.
