It comfortably welcomes families and groups, with 4 suites, each featuring air conditioning, a private shower room and WC, including one ground-floor suite with step-free, wheelchair-accessible access.
The open-plan kitchen flows into a spacious living room, ideal for shared evenings, while the garden offers a terrace with string lights, sun loungers, deck chairs, a fire pit, and outdoor seating.
Private parking is available for two cars.

Entrance & Access

The entrance to the house is located on the street parallel to the beach, through a private outdoor area (not directly from the street, for added safety). This green space is ideal for storing bicycles, toys, and outdoor equipment. Two cars can be parked here.

Upon entering the house, a console table in the hallway provides a convenient place to leave keys and personal belongings.

The house features 4 suites, all equipped with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with sink, shower or bathtub, heated towel rail, and separate WC (except for the wheelchair-accessible suite, where the WC is located within the bathroom).

The kitchen is an open-plan American-style kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and everything needed to cook and enjoy meals together.

It opens onto a long dining table seating 8 guests.

The living room features a large corner sofa, two armchairs, a large TV, and a welcoming space to relax together after the beach or a day of exploring.

The recently landscaped, south-facing garden, sheltered from the wind, features a furnished terrace with:
