Surf's up at this adorable second row beachside house! This spacious, open concept 3/2 has a fireplace and outside shower not to mention its just minutes from the beach! Community Pool and boat launch are all part of the City of Jamaica Beach!



The Space:

The Alsup House is an open concept three bedroom, two bath house located second row beachside at in Jamaica Beach. The house hosts a king in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a 2 pyramid bunks in 3rd bedroom sleeping a total of 10. A fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans and dishes- just bring your food and seasonings. We offer Wi-Fi, basic cable and a charcoal grill. This house is perfect for business retreats or family vacations. Beach combing and sunbathing are the activities of the day at this vacation spot! Jamaica Beach offers a community pool and park.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private entrance leading to the upstairs living, dining, kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry area and outdoor seating area



The Neighborhood:

Jamaica Beach is a small, quiet, and scenic city on the west end of Galveston Island, known for a laid-back, small-town, and rustic beach vibe. The community offers a short walk to the beach, walkable streets, fishing, kayaking, and a beach where driving and parking are permitted. As a guest at the Alsup House, you have access to the community pool and a local park.



Getting Around:

Jamaica Beach is a West End Galveston resort community that provides proximity to natural attractions like wetlands and bird sanctuaries, along with easy access to other Galveston Island attractions via a short drive. Public beach access is only a a minute away and the community pool is a short 3 minute car ride.



Other Things to Note:

What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!



Interaction with Guests:

Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.. Only after the rental agreement is signed, will the arrival information be sent out (3 days prior to your scheduled arrival).
