Set on a private, wooded lot in a quiet Charlotte neighborhood, Brushwood Modern Retreat is built for groups. Five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a dedicated game room, and a driveway that holds eight cars — with Uptown Charlotte just 13 minutes away.

Most large rentals ask you to compromise: space but no character, or style but nowhere for fifteen people to actually be. Brushwood doesn't. There's room to spread out and room to gather, and the design holds up in both directions. Keyless smart entry means arrival is effortless whatever time you land.

THE SPACE

Open-concept living areas, bright and airy, furnished with care — the right backdrop for slow mornings, long dinners, and evenings that run late. The living room features a premium LG sound bar, and Bluetooth audio extends through the home, including every bathroom.

Smart TVs in every bedroom. Sign in with your own streaming accounts — Netflix, YouTube, Prime, whatever you watch at home.

When the mood turns cinematic, a JMGO projector with a retractable screen transforms the living room. A second projector outside handles movie nights under the stars.

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout, plus a dedicated workstation with a monitor if anyone needs to work.

The island seats several on stools, with a separate dining table for everyone else. Nobody eats standing up.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor space is a genuine second living room:

SECURITY & SAFETY

Security cameras monitor the entrance and exterior only. They do not capture any interior space and are not aimed toward bedrooms, bathrooms, or other private areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout, and a fire extinguisher is on site.
