Perched high in the Smoky Mountains, this impressive three-story retreat is all about big, sweeping mountain views, fresh air, and space for everyone to truly relax together.

Designed for large families and group getaways, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 18 and offers room to spread out without ever feeling disconnected. Nearly every level takes advantage of the scenery, with expansive windows and multiple decks that put the mountains front and center. Morning coffee feels better when it comes with misty ridgelines, and evenings wind down perfectly with sunset colors, rocking chairs, and the glow of the hot tub under the stars.

Inside, the open layout keeps everyone connected. The main living area is warm and inviting, with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV, all framed by incredible views. The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy, whether you’re cooking big breakfasts or gathering everyone for dinner after a day of exploring. There’s plenty of seating between dining tables and bar stools, so no one gets left out.

With seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, comfort and privacy are built in. Every bedroom has its own TV and private bath, and many offer mountain views you’ll love waking up to. Downstairs, the game room becomes the natural hangout spot, featuring a pool table, arcade games, bar area, and board games that keep the fun going long after the sun sets.

Outside is where this cabin really shines. Three spacious decks invite you to soak in the scenery from every angle, whether you’re grilling, enjoying a picnic, or unwinding in the hot tub. Clean fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances; full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.

There are two full-sized dining tables that each seat eight with plenty of space for your meals. It offers a great space for meals together, playing games or functioning as a remote workspace. There is also additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Plenty of parking for up to 7 vehicles. Small-midsize RV or trailer could also be accommodated. The driveway is flat.

* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
