Casa Orange is a bright and inviting 1BR/1BA cottage designed for comfort, function, and convenience. Whether you’re visiting Sarasota for leisure, family, or a seasonal getaway, the space offers everything you need for a relaxed and hassle-free stay.

Interior Features:

1 private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and fresh linens

Living room with seating and a futon or sleeper sofa for additional guest(s). It folds out to about a full size.

Compact kitchen with countertop space, a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and all the essentials for light meal prep.

Fully stocked kitchenware, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker.

Bathroom with shower, towels, and a starter set of toiletries (shampoo and toilet paper).

Starter supplies like paper towels, dish soap, sponge, trash bags, and more.

Hair dryer, iron, and cleaning essentials included.
