This beautifully designed beachfront condo is on the first floor (just one level above ground floor) offers breathtaking, views of Bucerías Bay, creating a stunning backdrop from sunrise to sunset. The private balcony quickly becomes a favorite spot to unwind with the sound of the waves.
Inside, the open-concept living and dining space opens directly onto the ocean-view balcony, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen, sleek furnishings, and premium finishes highlight the modern style of this new building. With A/C in every room, blackout curtains, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs, comfort and convenience come standard.

Downtown Bucerías is approximately a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, offering easy access to restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife.
Getting Around:
A covered parking space is included with your stay. Getting around is simple—taxis and ride services are easy to arrange, and driving into downtown Bucerías or nearby towns like La Cruz and Sayulita is quick and convenient. Many guests also enjoy the scenic beach walk into town. For added ease, we may be able to coordinate private driver services upon request—just ask!
