Villa Bonita Luxury Escape is a spacious home in Bonita Springs, just 1.5 miles from the beach and surrounded by top-rated restaurants. Pool heating is available upon request with 48 hours’ notice. The electric heater runs from 9am to 7pm, and the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather, especially during colder nights.
Our beautiful home featuring 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room, family room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa accommodates up to 11 guests, with 7 in the bedrooms and 4 on the sofas in the game room, making it ideal for families and groups. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated game room with a multi-game table and a billiard table in the family room, perfect for fun and relaxation. Our property features a large swimming pool with a deep end (6ft) and an attached spa area, perfect for relaxation. Guests can enjoy refreshing swims during the day and unwind in the spa for a truly rejuvenating experience. It’s an ideal spot to combine fun, leisure, and peaceful moments surrounded by the Florida sunshine. Our home features a spacious patio surrounded by nature, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility. Guests can use this serene area to practice yoga, meditate, or simply unwind while appreciating the natural beauty. It’s an inviting space designed for both quiet reflection and mindful living. The property offers plenty of space for families and groups to gather, unwind, and create lasting memories. The host lives in a private, fully independent studio located on the property. The host is available to assist whenever needed, but we fully respect your privacy and personal space during your stay.
Guests will have full access to the 3 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, game room, and family room with billiard table. Outdoor areas and all shared spaces are available for your enjoyment.
