Its a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access. Enjoy the gulf view from the living room and living room balcony. The condo has 2 pools, 1 family pool and 1 for adults only. No need to look for parking. Condo has designated covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 parking passes will be in the unit at check in.
