Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Beautiful Condo

We took our daughter and a few of her friends for a five day getaway after graduation. They loved the look of the condo. Very clean, neat, and modern. My wife and I enjoyed it as well! Really great space and loved the spaciousness of the balcony. Even though it’s not on the beach, you can see the gulf from the beautiful wall of windows that covers the entire end of the space. The beach access was very close as well which was a nice surprise.

perfect location!!

We loved our stay. The pool was closed and repairs were going on from hurricane damages but it didn’t effect us. The beach was a walk across the street and very clean! Parking wasn’t a problem and we were right down the street from shopping and bars. Would absolutely stay again!
