There is also a separate office with privacy doors, that has a workspace and a Murphy bed for the occasional overnight guest.



The back patio has a dining table, built-in BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge seating, all overlooking the fairway and mountains providing beautiful vistas as the light changes throughout the day. A community pool / spa is just a short walk away. There is also a full size private laundry room in this unit, and a private 2 car garage for your convenience.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa, Tennis and Athletic Club. There are Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.

Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
