This pretty lakefront condo is in a quiet neighborhood with wide fields down to the lake, wonderful views, and a panoramic, open sky. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and the king suite bring light and a feeling of spaciousness to both rooms. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace, watch TV, or gaze out at the lake and fields through the unique oculus window. The cheery, fully equipped kitchen and full dining room make it easy to plan to eat in. Perfect for family and friends, this home has a three-bed bunk room, twin bedroom and a fantastic king suite with a high arched window. Guests will find lots to do right on site, as you’ll have access to the community pools, hot tub and tennis courts. They can walk to fishing, kayaking, hiking and boating on the lake from popular Boulder Bay Park, which is a half mile away. Big Bear Village is a mile and a half away, and Snow Summit is a ten-minute drive, so getting to off-site fun is a cinch. Try a stay in this peaceful but activities-rich location—you’ll find new ways to experience Big Bear in Mountain Haven Condo!

• No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.
On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
