Just a jaunt away from beautiful Big Bear Lake, Forest Trail Retreat is the cabin you and your family will look forward to on your next vacation! This four bedroom/two bathroom retreat features everything one could want for a mountain getaway. This property accommodates vacationers for all seasons; head to the lake for fishing, kayaking, or water sports in summer or hit the slopes of Snow Summit of Bear Mountain Resort to get in your skiing or snowboarding fix during winter months.

Walk into the entry to a wood-floored living space with a cozy wood-burning fireplace to warm your bones after a chilly day out on the mountain. A dining table that can seat the whole family is directly off the kitchen which contains all new updated appliances necessary to make a delicious meal. A laundry room sits directly behind the kitchen with both a washer and dryer if you need to clean your clothes during your stay. The bottom floor also houses a small gaming room equipped with a fun foosball table and flat-screen; a wonderful distraction for children or those kids at heart!

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom that features a four-poster King-sized bed. The master has a deck with seating area for you to take in the cool mountain breezes. A full en-suite bathroom completes the master suite. The second bedroom holds a comfortable Queen-sized bed with views out to the forest surrounding the cabin. The third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos! With a Twin, Twin over Full bunk-bed, there is plenty of space for the little ones to lie down after a busy day of mountain activities!

Head outside and you will find an inviting hot tub atop a large patio deck with a charcoal BBQ. Enjoy the hot-water while taking in the serene forest views day or night. Just a quick walk away from the lake and trails, Forest Trail Retreat is a chateau sanctuary that accommodates up to 7 people and will be an incredible stay for family and friends alike!

NOTE: Hot Tub does work but the Control Panel is not operable. Do not change the settings on the Control panel. The Spa is permanently set to 102 degrees. The jets do not work.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
