This one-bedroom lock-off unit gives you two connected spaces: a resort-style room with two queen beds and a kitchenette, and an open studio featuring a full kitchen, dining area, living room seating, fireplace, and additional sleeping options. It’s an ideal setup for families, friends, or travelers who want extra space to spread out while staying close to everything York Beach has to offer.

The space
Large windows bring in natural light, and the clean, modern layout makes it easy to settle in between beach days, coastal walks, lighthouse visits, and exploring the shops and restaurants nearby. With walkable access to York’s biggest highlights and comfortable interiors to return to each evening, this unit blends convenience with relaxed coastal living.

Our lock-off unit features two interconnected areas, designed for flexibility, comfort, and convenience.

Resort Room Side:
This section features two queen beds, a dresser and seating area, and a kitchenette-style wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and open shelving. It’s perfect for guests who want their own sleeping area and the option for quick breakfasts, snacks, or late-night bites. A 50" TV and natural-light windows make it an easy space to unwind.

Studio Side:
The open studio offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and bar seating. The living area includes a sofa, chairs, a 50" TV, and a Murphy bed that pulls down for additional sleeping space. The gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort after a day on the coast, creating a relaxed spot to enjoy evenings in.

Both sides are connected internally, giving your group privacy when needed and shared spaces when you want to spend time together. It’s a versatile setup that works well for families, friends, and extended stays.
Guest access
Guests enjoy shared access to the ocean-view rooftop deck, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, and laundry room.
