With sweeping Pacific views from both bedrooms as well as the kitchen and lounge, this property delivers an exceptional coastal condo experience.

This modern condo is conveniently located on the main ground floor offering an easy and accessible entrance.
The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area creates an inviting, ocean-facing space perfect for gathering and unwinding. For quieter moments, guests can retreat to the media room, complete with cozy seating and a large Smart TV.

The outdoor areas truly immerse guests in Huatulco’s spectacular natural surroundings. Three private terraces—one off each bedroom plus a spacious main terrace with outdoor dining and a sun-drenched daybed—offer the ideal setting to enjoy warm sea breezes and starlit evenings.

Each bedroom features oceanviews and generous space to rest comfortably, including high-quality mattresses and luxury linens. Both suites have access to a terrace and include ensuite bathrooms with large vanities and indoor/outdoor showers. A third full bathroom with shower is conveniently located off the main living area.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote.
