Belebtes Einkaufszentrum und gehobene Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Umgebung. Dieses Stadthaus befindet sich auf der Bergseite, hinter einem Ufer, in einer sehr sicheren, ruhigen und sauberen Umgebung mit bester Luftqualität. Der erste Stock ist ein professionelles Massage-Spa und eine Garage, in der zwei Autos geparkt werden können. Der zweite Stock ist eine moderne Küche und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Der dritte Stock ist ein Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer.

Very comfortable

We always try to get this property as it is a great location for skiing, shopping and extremely comfortable beds. Always clean and well appointed it is a go to location for us when we visit Salt Lake.

Amazing Weekend!

Yanhua was amazing and made our trip great! From the moment we booked, Yanhua could not have been more responsive and helpful. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. No complaints from our end and I would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay!

Fantastic Experience

The unit has everything you could want - fully stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with ample living spaces, large garage, proximate to restaurants. We used it as home base for a friends weekend of skiing and was a very convenient 25 minute drive to Snowbird/Alta. Clean, well cared for, comfortable, with absolutely no negatives. Better than advertised and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in SLC. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property, great location

We had an enjoyable time at this property. Very clean and modern with all necessary amemities. The front door is not accessible so you have to enter and exit through the garage but other than that it is a great property.

Baby Shower

My group was in town for my DIL's baby shower. We were only 2.5 miles from their home in Draper so this was a great location. House was perfect for our needs. Host responded quickly to any questions. Very nice stay!

Beautiful condo

This rental was immaculate! The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens very high quality. The neighborhood is very quiet and there’s a beautiful quilting lodge across the street. But if you plan to do any cooking be sure to bring everything with you. There are no staples other than a salt and pepper shaker and some sugar packets. Also no washcloths in the bathrooms. Be advised that the garage is barely big enough for a short box truck—we had to take off our hitch in order to get the door closed. I would definitely stay again.

Easy ski trip

Terrific house with abundant space at a very good price. It’s a few minutes longer to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon, though well worth it. Exceptionally comfortable, immaculate. Greatly appreciated stay.

Great house, location, and owner.

We stayed at this mountain side home while on a ski trip to utah. The owner was quick to respond to all messages left. The house is comfortable and close to grocery and food venues. We would definitely stay again if it is available in the future.

Most comfy BEDS!

This property is exactly as advertised and in a great location. Plus, the beds/linens/pillows are top notch and THE BEST of any rental we've stayed in. Hotel quality. Kitchen is pretty basics and has just the essentials. Easy access to restaurants, shops and activities. Definitely would return!

Very clean

The condo was very clean with nice furniture. Easy communication with the owner. Because it is a townhome there are 3 levels so you need to walk up and down stairs often. The garage was a big bonus.

Wedding Week

Great location for our wedding venue! It was clean, modern and updated. It was spacious and everything we needed! Loved having a garage although it was kind of a tight fit. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area for a few days. Makes you feel like you're staying in a home, not a hotel! (Only negative was the "weed" we could smell from the connected store fronts when we would walk in-that was not very pleasant!)

Great place and the Host!

Our family of three stayed for a week during our spring ski trip this March, 2021 and all we were very happy that we did. Firstly, Yanhua is an incredible and accomodating host! She was always available if I had any questions. The property is a brand new and very modern, sparkling clean, stylish and tastefully decorated! Bedding and pillows, are trully a luxury and we surely were able to rest well after a day of skiing! Also, Yanhua owns a Massage Therapy business (which we missed as new location wasn't opened at our stay time) but make sure to ask her about options. Thank you, Yanhua, very much and we can't wait to come back!

Great Rental in SLC Area

Needed to spend a work/personal week in Utah. Most of the rentals we found were basement units of houses but this newer townhouse rental was nice. Clean, modern space. Bedrooms have plenty of closet space, newer washer and dryer and modern AC. Plenty of room for 2 people to work during the day. Several restaurants, supermarkets amenities close by. For bikers, this is located a short pedal from the Corner Canyon trailhead + bike park. Park City is an easy, scenic drive. Having a garage for car + bikes was a plus.

Great views, spacious, & clean!

This property was very clean and spacious! There were 6 adults in our group, and we had plenty of room to have our own space. There were great views of the mountains, and the house overlooked SLC, which was especially pretty at night. We were near the aquarium, restaurants, movies, and about 25-30 minutes from Snowbird. Please do yourself a favor, and go to nearby Gourmandise for breakfast/brunch/dessert!! The neighborhood was quiet, other than a very loud snow plow that came through in the middle of the night, so bring ear plugs if you're traveling in the winter and are a light sleeper. The only negative is that there were no wash cloths, only towels. We didn't contact the owner though and just made do since we had a relatively short stay. Other than that, no complaints. And just to note, the house would not be accessible for a wheelchair user or anyone who cannot climb stairs (both entrances had several stairs to get inside). Overall, we really liked this house and would likely stay again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family and I needed a place to stay and host some local family for dinner. This home was a perfect venue for that. The home is very beautiful and well-furnished. Lots of space to sit and relax and talk. The kitchen has a big fridge, range, and oven. There are several bedrooms with large, warm, soft beds. We slept like babies. A great weekend!

Ski Trip to autah

The property was perfect for myself and my two young adult sons. Close proximity to ski slopes(Alta/snowbird) abd a 45 min trip to Park City. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and whatever else you could need right near the property. The accommodations were immaculate and perfect sized for all of us! We highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, Exceptional beds and 5 Star clean!

We had a lovely stay here, this place has a great layout and easy to have 6 people here without ever being on top of each other. Owner was great to deal with. The beds and linens were very cozy and everything very well kept and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.
