This inviting retreat features three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering a cozy queen-size bed and soft bedding designed for relaxation. A standout feature of the home is the sunny, window-lined sunroom, where natural light pours in and creates a serene space for morning coffee, meals, or quiet reading time. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, double sink, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Two clean, well-appointed bathrooms add to the home’s comfort and convenience.

Outside, the home offers a large front yard and easy parking with a spacious driveway and garage. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, you're only about 10–15 miles (20–25 minutes) from beautiful Pensacola Beach, making it easy to enjoy both the Gulf Coast’s sugar-white sands and the convenience of being close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This home is perfect for families, business travelers, military guests, and long-term stays — offering comfort, sunlight, and unbeatable proximity to everything Pensacola has to offer.

We provide a complimentary starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, one dishwasher pod, one laundry detergent, and hotel-sized toiletries. These items are meant to get you started, and for longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
