If moved, it must be returned before departure or a repositioning fee will apply. - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage. - Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure. - Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges. - Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. - Parking is limited to the driveway only. Please do not park on the grass. - Please note that the shower faucet is reversed. To get hot water, you’ll need to turn it towards the “off” position. - Trash pickup is on Fridays. Perfect little place
The location was perfect. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was super easy and the place was positively adorable. I will definitely stay there again if needed. Communication with the rental agency was also always spot on and very responsive.

Some improvements
The place met our needs and overall we enjoyed our stay. However I sensed that the maintenance has been lacking as there was a light in one of the bedrooms that was hanging off the wall with a noticeable drywall patch. The legs on the chair were loose, the shower would not get hot. It was barely tolerable when taking a bath or shower and the trim was loose. The washer sounded like a jet engine when running.I would also recommend doing something with the front lawn. It was mostly weeds. Other than those issues we liked the place. Another idea would be to have board games and card games available. I hope this helps.

That said, we truly appreciate you pointing out the maintenance issues you encountered. We weren’t aware of the light fixture, loose chair legs, washer noise, or trim concerns, as they hadn’t been reported by previous guests, but we’re now addressing each of them to ensure everything’s in great shape moving forward.
The shower can be a little tricky at times, which is why we include instructions in the house info — but we’ll revisit those to make sure they’re as clear as possible. As for the front lawn, we completely understand your comment. With the recent stretch of heavy rain, the weeds have been growing fast, but we are actively working on it to keep the yard looking its best.
We also love your idea of adding board and card games — that's a great suggestion and something we’re happy to consider for future guests. Thank you again for your honesty and for staying with us. We’d love the chance to welcome you back and give you an even better experience next time.
