At the center of the home is the dining area with seating for eight, perfectly positioned for group meals and entertaining. To the left of the entrance is the main living room, complete with a large sectional, TV, and plenty of natural light. This space also includes a casual circular dining table with seating for four and a pool table, making it ideal for relaxing and spending time together. From the living room, you can access the screened porch, which features a grill, dining table, seating area, and a ping pong table for added fun.

Continuing past the kitchen on the right side of the home, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, followed by an open office and desk area. Beyond that is Bedroom 2, which offers a full size bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, the second level provides additional sleeping space and privacy. At the top of the stairs is Bedroom 3, featuring a brand new queen bed with a trundle, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Down the hall is Bedroom 4, which includes a king bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. This level also features a front facing balcony with chairs, perfect for enjoying the coastal surroundings.

At the end of the hall is Bedroom 5, a spacious primary suite offering a king bed, a tv, generous dresser storage, a large closet, and a cozy sitting area ample seating and a second TV.
