Einfach perfekt!

Waren zum Mountainbiken in Moab und diese Unterkunft war einfach perfekt für uns. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Zentrum, kann abends zu Fuß zum Essen gehen usw. Die Wohnung selbst war äußerst sauber und ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt (Häuser, Garten, Wege). Die Wohnung an sich besteht aus einer Küche inkl. Esstheke und integriertem Wohnzimmer mit TV. Vom Wohnzimmer geht es raus zur Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Zum Grillen kann jederzeit ein super Grill benutzt werden. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet (auch alles sehr sauber). Das Schlafzimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend und ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet (kleiner Wandschrank). Das Bad ist modern mit schöner Dusche ausgestattet. Für unsere Mountainbikes stand ein abschließbarer Raum zur Verfügung. Michael & Ellyn sind perfekte Gastgeber. Sie wohnen selbst in der Anlage, sind jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht, agieren aber ansonsten zurück haltend im Hintergrund. Wir kommen wieder! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Perfect Moab getaway

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights and loved the space. It was modern and perfectly clean when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting outside under the covered patio when relaxing. The location was great for our stay - a short walk into Moab center with restaurants and shops and a short drive to Arches and other local hikes. Ellyn was always prompt with her correspondence leading up to the trip and was available when we arrived, offering recommendations for hikes and eateries. She and Mike were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our entire stay. If I come to Moab again with a friend or my husband, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Moab

West side flats along with our hosts Michael and Evelyn were superb! This modern and convenient and roomy rental was an excellent fit for us. We had a very restful stay after vigorous days in Arches NP and touring Canyonlands. Their recommendations for additional adventures and restaurants were spot on. The layout of the accommodations were perfect. We took our meals on the patio as the weather was delightful in late September.

Perfect spot in Moab!

We spent two nights at Michael and Ellyn's property, and wish we could've stayed longer! The apartment was perfect for two people, with a beautiful patio to relax on in the hot afternoons. An easy walk to town, and central to all of Moab's outdoor activities. Thank you for the hiking recommendation Michael - we had a great time. We hope to stay again soon.

Quiet, clean little sanctuary in the midst of Moab.

My daughter and I decided on this place for a mother daughter adventure getaway. I wanted something peaceful to come back to after a hard adventurous day, I also wanted something close enough to the center of Moab where we could walk to wherever we needed to be. This fit the bill. The place was impeccably clean. Ellyn was very sweet and offered suggestions for places to eat and places to explore. We would come back again for sure!

Marvelous Moab

Wow this property is a hidden jewel in the desert!!! It is a delightful well thought out oasis tucked away in Moab. The amenities and design elements are well thought out and made our stay one we did not want to leave. The back yard patio area that is part of the unit is so wonderful it was equal to the time we spent in the National Parks - we could not wait to get back and sit outside - in addition my husband was able to bird watch from the comfort of our patio. The hosts Michael and Ellyn could not have been more accommodating and hospitable offering local sites that we would not have known about that made our weeks stay even better. The upstairs porch gave you the feeling of being in a tree house and another wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. We were so lucky to find this hideaway!!!! We will look no further when we return to staying in Moab again.

Beautiful apartment in a great town

The apartment was immaculately clean, and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It was a treat to have a beautifully tended garden to enjoy. The owner is very friendly. Moab is an excellent location for visiting the NPs, and it has a superb foodie deli/supermarket for quality food. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem in Moab

This was a great place to stay because it was close to Arches NP, Canyon lands NP, and Dead Horse State Park. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. They also have a washing machine and dryer on sight that we were able to use so that we could be ready for the next part of our trip. The owners are close by if there are any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

This is a great place to stay while exploring Moab. It is convenient to downtown, the owners are very helpful and easy to work with and the unit has everything you need for a great stay! We highly recommend staying at the Westside Flats.

Brief 2-night stay. Wish it were longer.

We rented the Paradox unit for 2-nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Very convenient location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Moab. The properly is very private, clean, and everything looks and feels new. Westside Flats was a quiet place to relax in the evening. We spent our mornings on the patio sipping coffee and admiring the gardens. Ellyn was a friendly and gracious host - showing me how to use the BBQ grill and offering tips on local hiking trails.

PARADOX IN MOAB

We had a wonderful stay in Moab at Westside Flats - Paradox unit. The apartment was new, modern and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics. The A/C kept us comfortable even in the 106 degree mid summer afternoon heat. A short walk puts you right in downtown Moab near several restaurants and shops. Our host Ellyn was always available and shared great tips on beautiful hikes away from the crowds at Arches. This is stunning country that is not to be missed.

Wonderful place near town!

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. Place is really nice and very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful if needed. A very short walk to the downtown area of Moab. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Home is very well equipped also.
