Welcome to our North Scottsdale home where you will find yourself nestled in a wonderfully established neighborhood and only minutes to all the best things around! 12 minutes to the TPC Golf Courses, 15 minutes to Westworld for all you horse lovers and a quick 20 minutes to or from the airport! Not to mention some of the very best shopping and restaurants in the area! Kierland Commons is just around the corner! Be sure to ask us about our concierge services, too! Guest Access:

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!



Interaction with Guests:

We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!



The Neighborhood:

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.



Getting Around:

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!



Other Things to Note:

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.



House Rules and Notes:

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- No smoking

- Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)

- Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)

- Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

- Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)



Due To A New City Ordinance:

- All reservations will go through a verification process

- Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking

- IDs will be requested for verification after booking

- We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

Other Things to Note:

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
