Enjoy lakefront living in this modern, newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo at Kapilana Resort, featuring elevated panoramic lake views and a private patio overlooking the water. Located on the third (top) floor (only 1 flight of stairs from main level parking) of a 3-story, 9-unit building, this condo offers added privacy, beautiful sightlines, and a spacious open-concept layout—perfect for couples, families, or friends visiting Lake of the Ozarks.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for relaxing after a day on the lake. The second bedroom includes a plush queen bed with lake views and a generous closet. The living room also offers a full-size pullout sofa to comfortably accommodate additional guests, along with a 55" Smart TV.
This thoughtfully designed condo includes stainless steel finishes, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private patio ideal for enjoying sunsets over the lake. Guests also have access to the community pool, outdoor grilling area, and exclusive discounted boat rental available only to Kapilana guests.
Optional Boat Rental Discount (subject to availability): • Lowe Tritoon with 200 HP motor • $495/day (normally $595) • Extended stay discount available • Includes life jackets + tube • Missouri boating requirements apply
