**Please note that the home is undergoing a full kitchen renovation along with updates throughout including new furniture, updated bedrooms and living spaces, exterior trim paint, and new landscaping. Updated photos will be posted by mid April.
Located on W Chester St, just a short walk to Main Street and to Nantucket’s many fabulous restaurants as well as all the great shopping that town has to offer. It is an easy bike ride to Cisco Beach, Bartletts Farm, and Cisco Brewery. The 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath jewel-box feels like a hidden sanctuary—right in town!
A brand new kitchen, updated bedrooms and living spaces, and exterior paint and landscaping (completion date April 2026) have been thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated to enjoy both inside and outside space.
Outdoor Space:
The expansive private yard—rare for this part of the island—invites slow mornings and golden‑hour gatherings with Adirondack chairs, a shaded umbrella, and a spacious deck with a six‑person dining table. An outdoor shower tucked behind the home completes the quintessential Nantucket experience.
1st Floor:
Open, airy and welcoming kitchen, dining, and living space has exceptional light and a wonderful flow. The fully equipped, brand new gourmet kitchen has a large island, six burner La Cornue gas range, stone countertops, and flows beautifully to the dining area and outdoor space. French doors open from the dining room onto the outdoor deck. Just off of the deck and located on the backside of the property is a conveniently located outdoor shower. A half bath is located in the hall off of the kitchen and living space. A lovely queen bedroom is situated off the living room next to the half bath.
2nd Floor:
Upstairs, the primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with its own private full bath. A bunk room—featuring two twin‑over‑full bunks (April 2026 completion)—and a twin bedroom share a bright hallway bath, creating a comfortable layout for families and groups.
