Welcome to Coconut Cottage #1, an inviting ground-level condo just a two-minute walk from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The living area is the perfect place for you, and your guests can sit back, watch your favorite movie, and enjoy each other’s company. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. In addition to the bistro table in the kitchen, there is an outdoor table ideal for sipping evening drinks and feeling the island breeze as you dig into your delicious homemade meals and Anna Maria Island take-out.

The primary bedroom offers a calming atmosphere perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. The updated primary ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space for all your necessities. The second bedroom is bright with natural sunlight and fun decor and has ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for midday entertainment. The second and third bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a sofa in the living area.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.


We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Pool Heating Disclaimer

Please note that pool heaters are weather-dependent. When outdoor air temperatures drop below 55°F, electric pool heaters will not operate, and pool water will remain cold. Even when temperatures rise slightly above 55°F but stay in the low 60s, the heater may produce minimal heat and may not significantly warm the pool.

The only way to guarantee a consistently warm pool during colder months is with a gas pool heater, which can operate in very low temperatures but requires substantial gas usage to maintain warmth.

By booking during cooler months, guests acknowledge that pool temperature and heater performance are directly affected by weather conditions, which are beyond the control of the property owner or management. We strongly recommend reviewing and acknowledging this information prior to booking to ensure clear expectations regarding pool heating during your stay.
