THE SPACE
◾Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home has 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated desk—perfect for comfort and remote work. The primary bedroom includes a fireplace, and the ensuite bathroom features a private sauna for a spa-like experience.

For groups needing more space to spread out, additional sleeping space with a queen bed can be made available upon request for an added fee. Please reach out in advance if you’d like to include it in your stay

◾Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a butler’s pantry, and everything needed for home cooking. Enjoy meals together at the 10-person dining table or outside on the dining deck.
◾Living & Entertainment
The main living area is bright and inviting, with large windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and a baby grand piano. The space opens directly to the deck, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow for relaxing or gathering.
◾Pool
The 4 ft. deep plunge pool is perfect for cooling off or relaxing. It’s open from late April through mid-November and includes a safety cover and fence. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
◾Hot Tub & Fire Pit
Unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for relaxed evenings, drinks, and conversation.
◾Coffee Bar
Equipped with a French press, an espresso machine, a European coffee maker, drip coffee machine, and an espresso machine.

Enjoy time in the sauna to relax, recharge, and refresh during your stay.

High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, two washers and dryers, and work desks in every bedroom ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.

NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.

While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
