The space
Our cozy home away from home was thoughtfully crafted by four friends to create the perfect Johnson City short-term rental experience.

Enjoy a single-level layout featuring an open-concept living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or planning your adventures. Step outside to a beautifully designed covered back deck equipped with a bar top, hanging lights, and a swinging chair—or unwind around the spacious firepit with classic Adirondack-style chairs.

After a day of exploring Johnson City, retreat to our comfortable bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep. In the morning, help yourself to our curated coffee and tea bar to start your day right.

Guest access
This home is a private rental of the main level of this home. You will not have access to the basement or the outdoor storage closet on the back deck of the home. We also have three locked storage cabinets around the home that you will not be able to open. This includes the metal storage cabinet in the hallway closet, the cabinet above the fridge, and the bottom cabinet below the microwave. You will have access to the rest of the home including the firepit in the back.
Other things to note
HVAC:
This home has a central HVAC system. We use a smart thermostat that is locked in the home. We are happy to change the thermostat at any time during your stay if you reach out.

LOCATION:
This home is located less than a mile from a train line. There is a chance you will here a train rolling through from time to time.
