Relax in style in this Newark, DE studio apartment located close to the University of Delaware, Christiana Hosptial, the Christiana Mall, Major highway, I-95 and countless restaurants, bars and retail shops.
This studio is the perfect place to work from `home away from home`, visit the Newark/Greater Wilmington area or just take a relaxing break from the norm. Book with us today, we can`t wait to host your stay!
You`ll find this studio apartment attached to the left side of the main ranch home. The door is clearly marked as well, as it sits at the top of the driveway. Once you enter the apartment, you`ll be greeted with LVP floors and recessed lighting.
The bathroom sits to the right as you walk through the main hall. The main closet is also to the right, just before the bedroom.
The eat-in kitchen is found just to the left of the bedroom. There is also a convertible futon sofa in the large open kitchen and dining area.
There is WiFi, an Amazon Fire TV in the bedroom, a desk and chair and mini splits for individual cool/hot temperature control in the bedroom and the open kitchen and dining area.
The front door is opened through code.
You have access to everything inside without sharing any spaces. You will share half of the driveway if there is a guest in the other house during your stay.
The other shared space is also the backyard if the main house if rented.
I am always available through the message or via phone - call or text.
- The whole house must only be used for private/residential purposes only. The maximum number of guests allowed is 2.
- Whether providing a ‘personal’ service or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity and will prosecute if this is ignored. If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay, we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately.
- No parties or functions should be held in the property, and please be mindful of your noise level to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring apartments. Quit hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. You can smoke far in the backyard, but please ensure you dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.
- You must leave our properties in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles, etc. are clean and dry before storing them.
- Do not rearrange the furnishings. If you see the need to rearrange the place, do seek approval and assistance.
- Visitors are allowed, however, you can only invite 3 people, and they are not permitted to stay beyond 10 pm or sleepover. If a visitor sleeps over for any reason, you will be charged an extra $30 per visitor/night as they will now be considered guests.
- If an accident occurs, please report the issue to us promptly.
- Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Also, do turn off the taps and bulb when not in use.
- To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray.
