Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central A/C through out the house
BBQ: BBQ Grill
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and both Guest Rooms

Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Welowelo House is located in the town of Waikoloa Village in the in the foothills above the Kohala Coast, A short 15 minute drive away, enjoy the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay which offers many water-sports from this picturesque beach along with the very popular restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club. Water sports include windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, whale watching trips, etc.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
