Quiet and conveniently located. It was third week in July when we visited and very hot. Fans and open windows help but there were some warm nights. Kitchen is nice and has everything you need. Morning lanai time was a highlight.

Our multi-generational party of 5 has a wonderful stay in early October. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. My older parents did need assistance to get into the tall upstairs bed, and thankfully there were 2 stepstools in the unit. The unit did run warm during the day, but cooled down as the sun set and was comfortable at night (we don't typically run AC at home so we may have been more accustomed to it). We cooked most of our dinners and were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. The laundry supplies were a nice touch too-- multiple detergent brands based and spot treatments to choose from. My 5yo especially enjoyed the nearby pool. Responses to my question were quick and helpful. The area is quiet and we never ran into anyone else coming or going our entire stay.

Great place to stay.

We wanted a nice, quiet, family place with greenery and a short drive to the things we wanted to do which was mostly snorkling and hanging out at Beach 69. This place was perfect and the host was super nice and helpful.

BBQ at the pool area and in condo was great.We had some 8 people for dinner and was enjoyed by all. Quite time at pool is different then townhouse. Rules are strictly enforced.

This condo was great for our needs. We were a group of 5 women and we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only - very minor - additions would be a teapot or electric kettle for tea and some additional hooks in the bathrooms.

This property is as described. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool was a short walk from the condo, which we frequented after exploring the island during the day.

Awesome place

This place has everything you’d need to make your trip complete. Beach items, snorkeling, pool and it’s close to everything. The market is a short drive to town. The beach is about 20 mins away. Shops are close. We loved staying here. Five stars easily.

Well stocked, comfortable condo

Our family of 5 stayed 9 nights in this lovely condo. Tim's home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to use the beach equipment that Tim provided. I highly recommend this home, and we will be back.

Excellent stay!

Spacious, well stocked for the beach, clean, close to amenities, beautiful sunsets. The only negative was this unit does not have air conditioning. It gets extremely warm at night 28+ in the rooms even with fan circulation and wind flow from outside. Hard with young children under 5 but Cools down around 2am. Other than that, it was a beautiful updated unit and the host was quick to respond with great communication. I highly recommend this unit.

Clean, well-stocked home with anything you might need!

We were very happy with our stay in this home! The house was very clean and cozy, and I really appreciated how well stocked it was with any useful items one might need! They had beach gear, plenty of towels, including beach towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen essentials, you name it! The host was easy to work with, and very responsive. Check-out procedures were very simple. The home was only about a 15 minute drive to the nearest beaches, and it was on a nice, quaint, golf course with nearby grocery, and a couple of restaurants, if you don’t want to make the 30 minute drive to Kona. There is a shared community pool in the backyard, with a hot tub and nice covered area with community BBQ grills, refrigerator, sink, and counter space, and tables to enjoy dinner outdoors/pool time together with the family.

Seems like an okay place

Got to the property. Strange smell throughout the property. Property itself was fine. A bit dated. Be aware there is no a/c and it gets warm. Lots of fans but they can only do so much. Informed property manager of smell and that we had to find alternate arrangements. He took that as an insult, very defensive, didn’t even say sorry that we found the smell quite bad. Oh well.

I received exactly one communication from you concerning this "smell" 29 hours after your check-in. You stated that you were unable to stay at the property the previous night and have not returned. You indicated a "strong odor" which you and your wife "couldn't handle". You asked for consideration of a refund or partial refund. This message was received at 2104 on 25JAN25. I responded at 2120 25JAN25 and I stated I was happy to investigate any odor at the property. No response from you until 1014 on 26JAN25 of which you inquired, "What's your cancellation policy?" I responded at 1035 26JAN25 that we have a moderate cancellation policy and detailed the percentages and time periods to receive a partial or full refund when the reservation is cancelled. I also informed you that no cancellation policy provides for a refund after you check into the property. I received no response. Very deceptive and dishonest on your part Brad. I offered my services and responded to both of your questions. No insults taken. Upon turnover of the unit we found it quite used and lived in. I did investigate the "smell". I spoke with the cleaning staff which reported no unusual odors. I spoke with neighbors who stated that there was no unusual odors. No neighbors were evacuated due to an odor according to the HOA management. We had no reports of an odor in the 7 years of the listing. We also do not offer air conditioning as an amenity, please read the description more carefully next time.
