You're just a short walk (less than 2 blocks) from the beautiful beaches and the start of the boardwalk, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. You'll also find convenient shops and stores nearby for all your shopping needs, including groceries, souvenirs, and beach essentials. Getting around Ocean City is a breeze! Free street parking is available right outside the condo. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive away. While Ocean City is a walkable town, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation to local attractions, the boardwalk, and dining destinations. Public transportation options within Ocean City include the local bus and Jitney service, which provides access to various points throughout the island. Consider using a ride-sharing service or taxi for transportation to and from the property and the airport for a seamless travel experience.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.
PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.
NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
