All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
This home is equipped with radiator heating and window/portable AC units throughout the house.

Getting Around:
Navigating Ocean City from our bungalow is a breeze. Guests enjoy free street parking. The beach and boardwalk are within easy walking distance. For those flying in, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 1-hour drive. Local public transportation, including buses, provides access to various points on the island. Ride-sharing services are also available for convenient travel to restaurants, shops, and other destinations.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.
PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced.
