The Theodore 3BD/3B - All King Bedrooms – 605

Welcome to The Theodore New Orleans, a spacious, pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Airbnb located in downtown New Orleans, just blocks from the Mardi Gras parade routes and a short walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Perfect for group travel, family vacations, festival weekends, and Mardi gras - this luxury short-term rental features 3 king beds, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a full kitchen, and plenty of living space—all in the heart of New Orleans.
Our arrival and departure processes are contactless with the building and unit door codes being sent to you prior to arrival. A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your booking. A few days prior to arrival, you will receive a virtual check-in message to confirm your information prior to receiving all of your personal codes 3 days prior to arrival.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

If you are driving in and parking a vehicle, we do not offer on-site parking. We recommend a Park First parking lot located at 740 Baronne St, lot #1150. Cost per night vary based on demand in the city.

Pets welcome for an additional fee of $135 per stay (maximum 2 pets).

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $150 for a 2pm arrival or $250 for a 12pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours).

Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

All Reservations require a signed rental agreement and virtual check in. Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.
