Welcome to Serenity Summit, a stunning 3,000 sq ft luxury real-log cabin perched near the top of Ski Mountain. With 3 king suites and additional sleeping spaces, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The main level features an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The Alpine Clubhouse is the closest pool. Please bring the Pool Access Pass provided at check-in.

Keyless electronic locks (two entry points) for easy, secure access. Entire cabin — exclusively for your stay. Access codes provided up to 72 hours before check-in.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are NOT allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $175 fee and immediate termination of the stay.

📝 Helpful Cabin Information
✔ Guests 23 years of age and older are welcome to book and must be the primary renter.
✔ Hot tub use is at your own risk. For guests 21+ only. No alcohol permitted near the hot tub. Not recommended during pregnancy.
✔ Please ensure your guest count matches your reservation. Unregistered guests may incur a $25 per person, per night fee or require adjustments.
✔ To maintain a peaceful stay, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.
✔ The fireplace is operational seasonally from October 1st to March 31st.
✔ No open flames allowed (candles, unauthorised fires). Misuse may result in a $250 fee + damages.
✔ Keep wildlife safe, store all food indoors and secure trash in bear-proof bins.
✔ Observe wildlife from a distance. Do not feed or approach bears or any animals.
✔ A starter supply of towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes is provided.
✔ Bring your preferred coffee, K-cups, condiments, dish sponges and food storage items (zip locks) to make your stay perfect.
✔ Please treat the cabin with care. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
✔ Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a $50 fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.

⚠️ Other things to note
• It is common to see wildlife—including bears. Please keep car doors locked.
• The cabin is located on a steep mountain road, which provides breathtaking views. If you are uncomfortable with mountain driving, this cabin may not be ideal.
• 4WD is recommended in winter due to possible snow or ice.
• No refunds due to weather conditions.
