✧ 3 rooms have Queen beds
✧ 1 room with Queen bed with a work area
✧ 1 room with two daybed style beds that convert into two Queen beds

✦ A fully equipped and furnished kitchen so you can prepare great meals in peace. All the dishes and appliances present in the cottage so you can cook with ease.

✦ A dining area including a magnificent wooden table that can accommodate a dozen people as well as sublime Farm House style chairs.

✦ A beautiful living room with corner sofa, armchairs, connected TV and an impressive amount of board games will keep you entertained

✦ Two full bathrooms will offer you some privacy

✦ A toilet with washer and dryer.

- Dog-Friendly Rules:
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional fees: $115 per stay per dog.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.
๏ The cottage must be left clean and to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present.
๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

The chalet has fast and stable Wi-Fi, estimated at 70 Mbps, which allows you to do telework.

*TV*
We have two smart TVs in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to apps such as Netflix, Prime, and Disney + to connect your account.

*BARBECUE*
Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.
