Victorian 2 BR Walkable to Mission St & Bernal Hts
Beautiful victorian home in one of the best SF neighborhoods. Quiet street with excellent access to restaurants/bars, local park, and buses. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. You can park a SMALL car in the driveway! You`ll have a washer/dryer and an outdoor area too!
Step into this charming single-family home offering 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 well-placed bathroom. As you enter through the front door, you`re welcomed into a warm and inviting living room that flows seamlessly into the dining area — perfect for everyday meals or casual entertaining.
Just beyond the dining room, you’ll find a functional kitchen, with the bathroom conveniently located just off to the side. The two bedrooms sit next to each other, thoughtfully separated by spacious closets for added privacy and storage.
Laundry is located just off the kitchen, making household chores a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need for a full meal or just a cup of coffee. Large six burner gas stove, full size refrigerator, large double sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle are all available.
This is a free standing home, not an apartment so there is no one above or below you. The owner uses the garage so you might see or hear him outside, but he never enters the property and has a separate entrance to the garage.
Guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
There is a $300 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
Entire main level of home. There are stairs up the street a few houses (towards downtown) where you can hike to the top of Bernal hill and hike around with amazing views of the entire area! I do use the garage from time to time.
I have a property management company available for any questions or emergencies.
On the edge of Bernal Heights near the mission, you can walk to many shops, restaurants. VERY convenient to mass transit, bart and muni. Coming from the Airport, Bernal is the almost the first part of the city you come to.
24th St. Mission Bart station is 0.7 miles.
Safeway is less than a 5 minute walk.
One SMALL parking space is provided in the driveway. A small compact car will fit (think Honda Fit size). If your car sticks too far out into the size walk, City meter maids will ticket you. If this doesn`t work, you may be able to park across the driveway if there is room, otherwise you can park on the street. Street parking is limited to 2 hours M-F 8am-6pm and they do issue tickets in the neighborhood.
Please do not block the sidewalk, as you will get a parking ticket.

There are public transit options nearby. You can grab a bus at the corner of the block.
Uber/Lyft are incredibly fast, reliable, and cheap. You never have to worry about parking. You don`t want to get a parking ticket (prices range from $70-$120).
-No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
-Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
-No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
-Turn off lights, TV, heater & stove when not in use
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-No pets allowed
-Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
-Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
-Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-If your stay is over 6 weeks, you`ll need a required cleaning every six weeks, we will include one complimentary cleaning but you will need to pay for the rest.
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
