This home features a California king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds in a guest bedroom, A queen-size bed in the front bedroom, Hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining, outdoor heater, outdoor TV, and an in-house washer and dryer

The Space:

The Historic Porch Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 10. The master bedroom has a California king bed with a connected full bathroom, and a private workspace and library. The bunk room has two twin-over-queen bunks with its own en-suite full bathroom — great for kids or groups. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Space heaters are available in the bunk room closet if you need them, and we have a pack-n-play available upon request.



The living room and dining area are open and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home — no hunting around for basics.



The TVs in the Master bedroom, Queen bedroom, Living Room, and on the Porch are all smart TVs, feel free to use Youtube or login to any of your streaming channels.



You're literally 2 houses from McKinney Square. Walk out the front door and you're steps from restaurants, boutique shops, coffee, live music, and whatever's happening on the square that weekend. Farmers markets, seasonal festivals, the historic district — it's all right there. There's also a park nearly at your doorstep with more just a few blocks away.



The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. You'll walk in to a fresh, ready space.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and all outdoor areas, including:



The front yard and wrap-around front porch



A heated seating area in the backyard

Public, first-come, first-served street parking directly across from the home



Other Things to Note:

Sometimes dust blows under the doors when opening and closing. Please keep in mind that most bedrooms have private access to the outdoors and be sure to keep these doors locked. TVs do not have streaming services logged in - you'll have to bring your own accounts to log into.



Hot Tub cleaners come on Fridays or Saturdays, and the hot tub shouldn’t be entered for 2-3 hours after cleaning.



Lawn care comes on Thursday or Friday
